Nutty Basil Pesto
5 cup Basil leaves; tightly packed and coarsely chopped
1/2 cup Pine nuts
3/4 cup Olive oil
2 Tbs Miso, brown rice
3 Tbs Lemon juice; freshly squeezed
3 Garlic cloves; peeled
1 Put all the ingredients into a food processor fitted with the metal blade, and process until smooth
